Glenn Carlin, Partner

Glenn Carlin has 35 years of work experience in investment banking and as a senior gaming executive. Glenn has served on the boards of both publicly listed and private companies as well as his local little league and tennis club (his two favorite sports). Glenn currently serves on the board of P&S Machining and Fabrication which was acquired in 2022 by Camber Peak LLC, a search fund led by MP Spierer, with the support of Greyhart and other ETA investors.

Glenn has a wealth of M&A, strategy, corporate finance, corporate governance, and risk management experience. From late 2010 to the end of 2018, Glenn was affiliated with Twin River Worldwide (currently, Bally’s Corporation) where investors enjoyed an MOIC over Glenn's tenure in excess of 11x.

Glenn is an active investor in a series of funds that focus on growth stage software, internet, and consumer businesses, as well as various real estate limited partnerships. Glenn’s resume includes J. P. Morgan, CBRE Group, Morgan Stanley, and Arthur Andersen. Glenn received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and has an MBA from Columbia Business School. Glenn was raised in an entrepreneurial family as his father was the general manager of a small business; Glenn worked in the business throughout high school and during college breaks. Glenn lives with his family in Westchester County, NY.


Jonathan Yellen, Partner

Jonathan Yellen brings a particularly deep and informed perspective on business strategy and leadership in support of searchers and the businesses they acquire. He has worked closely with entrepreneur-led businesses for more than 30 years, beginning when he first advised Targus Group in connection with its leveraged recap. Jon began working with searchers and search funds in 2004, advising Moises Eilemberg on the formation of Pacific Onset Capital and its subsequent search and successful acquisition of what later became Avadyne Health. He continued advising Moises through a series of strategic transactions and served on Avadyne’s board for over six years. Jon currently serves on the board of PsychoGeriatric Services, LLC, which was acquired in 2022 by Selection Capital, a search fund led by Cliff Nelson, with the support of Greyhart and other ETA investors. Jon also belongs to, and is a former board member of, the Search Fund Alliance, a community of leading traditional search fund investors.

Jon is a graduate of Amherst College, Columbia Law School and Georgetown University Law Center. His resumé includes service on the boards of both publicly-traded and privately-held businesses ranging from oil field services to hospitality to health care services, as well as many years as a lawyer specializing in mergers & acquisitions and private equity at Latham & Watkins, Fried Frank, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and FelCor Lodging Trust. He lives in Montauk, NY with his wife, kids and two dogs and plays mediocre tennis.

Aaron Enrico

Aaron Enrico is the Founder and Principal of Black Bear Partners, a growth capital investment firm located in Dallas, Texas. He has had a broad and expansive career in principal investing, marketing and strategy consulting and general management. He was previously the Chief Financial & Development Officer for Genesco Sports Enterprises, Inc., a sports marketing and consulting firm and a Principal with CIC Advantage Holdings LLC, with a particular investment focus on restaurant, retail, consumer packaged goods and media. Aaron started his career with McKinsey & Company, and also served in marketing and management capacities with International Management Group and the U.S. Olympic Committee.

Aaron currently serves as a Board Member of Austin Eastciders, High Brew Coffee, Wilde Snacks and Wolf Manufacturing, and formerly served on corporate boards including Pathwater, Ecologic Brands, MosquitoNix, Red Mango and Signstorey (CBS Outernet). In addition, he has served in various advisor and director capacities with the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, Duke University’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center and the AFI Dallas International Film Festival.

Aaron received his BA in History and Comparative Area Studies from Duke University and his M.B.A. from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. He lives in Dallas with his wife Catie and their three children. He used to play tennis, but largely sticks to golf, skiing and surfing today.


Mitchell Green

Mitchell Green is the Founding Partner at Lead Edge Capital, a growth equity investment firm based in New York City and Santa Barbara, making software, internet, consumer, and tech-enabled services investments globally. Prior to founding Lead Edge, Mitchell was on the investment teams at Eastern Advisors and Bessemer Venture Partners. He also previously worked at UBS Investment Bank. Mitchell received his B.A. in Economics from Williams College and an M.B.A in Marketing from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Mitchell is formerly a nationally-ranked alpine ski racer.


Parker Hume

Parker Hume is the Chief Operating Officer for Basic American Foods, a multi-generational family-owned business in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He joined the company in 2015 and has, over time, taken on greater responsibility for strategy and operations. Parker was previously an investor at Bowery Capital Partners, General Atlantic and Soros Private Equity Partners. He began his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he worked in the firm-wide strategy group and as an investment banker.

Parker graduated from Stanford University, where he was third-seat in the varsity eight, and from Harvard Business School, where he spent no time on the water. Parker lives with his family in San Francisco. He’s a solid tennis player but prefers basketball.


Cliff Nelson

Cliff Nelson is the CEO of PGS, a 100+ provider behavioral health practice serving patients at more than 300 skilled nursing, assisted living, and other senior care facilities. He invested in the practice in 2022 through his search fund, Selection Capital, and has partnered with the clinical leadership to expand the management team and to implement scalable processes for provider support, quality management, and talent acquisition. Prior to joining PGS, Cliff was an investor at DRW Venture Capital, where he completed more than 40 venture capital, growth equity, and leveraged buyout investments. Cliff earned an M.B.A. with Honors from Chicago Booth and a B.S. summa cum laude from Tulane University. Cliff is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations. He enjoys motorcycling and lives in Maryland with his wife, Christine, and son, Calvin.


Leslie Ng

Leslie Ng co-founded the current iteration of Waramaug Hospitality with Paul Nussbaum in 2012. He is currently their Vice Chairman. Previously, he was Waramaug’s CEO, having responsibility for driving the company’s overall initiatives with a specific focus on deal sourcing and relationship management. During his career at Interstate, he helped triple the size of the company while also expanding its global footprint to 12 countries around the world. Prior to Interstate, Leslie was Head of Acquisitions for Patriot American Hospitality, one of the nation’s largest publicly traded REITs. As part of Patriot’s IPO team, he helped the company grow from a portfolio of 20 hotels, to one with over 450 hotels during the mid-1990s. Earlier in his career, he oversaw the global hotel portfolio for Tobishima Corporation, one of Japan’s largest construction companies.

Leslie started his career as a civil engineer, specializing in the design of nuclear power plants. Leslie holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering from The Cooper Union and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Leslie resides in the New York metropolitan area.
